I see you have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers already, which is great. Make sure you're using the most recent Yamaha drivers for macOS 10.15 to start, which you can get directly from Yamaha here: USB-MIDI Driver V1.3.2-2 for Mac macOS 10.15-OS X 10.5 - Yamaha - United States.
If that doesn't solve the problem, I can recommend seeing if the issue continues in safe mode: Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support, and a new, test user: How to test an issue in another user account on your Mac - Apple Support. These steps will help us figure out if the issue is specific to your user account and the software and settings you have within it, or if it's occurring on a system-wide basis.
