Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery of product. Item must be returned in as new condition, in the original box with all original packing materials. A 20% restocking fee will be applied before any refund is issued.
Contact GERCUTTER USA LLC prior to returning any merchandise. An RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization) will be issued to you authorizing the return. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the unit.

Item will be shipped via USPS® Priority. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as item ships out. If an order is placed and shipped incorrectly due to customer mistake, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the unit to us as well as the cost to ship the correct items to the proper location.
