What I was getting at is that the transition from using a Mac that works with my Apogee Jam to a PC that wants drivers that don't seem to exist is a little frustrating and time consuming, as it is not documented anywhere. Apogee seems to be a Mac/iOS only product with the exception of new Jam for Windows 10.

The new Windows software installers include a firmware update for the hardware, custom Apogee ASIO audio driver and PC compatible version of Apogee’s Maestro application for controlling audio interface settings and low latency monitoring.

There are now three versions of Apogee’s JAM: the original JAM for iPad and Mac, JAM 96k for iPad and Mac and the new JAM 96k for Windows and Mac.
